What to Expect

The TFMR Training course includes lifetime access to 5 expert-led modules and downloadable resources. After living through my own TFMR, sorting through the very limited research, and utilizing my psychological expertise, I have designed this on-demand course to help parents recover after TFMR.

Ready to Begin Your Healing Journey?

You may be here because you haven’t found a therapist who truly understands your unique experience, or perhaps you’re not yet ready to share your story with someone else. Wherever you are on your healing journey, this course offers compassionate, expert guidance from a Board Certified Psychologist who has personally navigated the path of TFMR and now lives a meaningful life. You're not alone, and this course is here to support you as you heal.

Meet Your TFMR Expert

Dr. Erica Rozmid

I've been in your shoes before. I had to make the decision to end my pregnancy for medical reasons. As a DBT therapist and Board Certified Behavioral and Cognitive Psychologist, I used all my tools to learn how to create a life that was still worth living for--even after my baby died. I want to bring you the steps that I took- so you don't need to figure out how to do it alone. Plus- many of these tools are rooted in evidence (adaptations of CBT and DBT therapy) and designed for the TFMR population.
